(4)Screw material: high quality high speed tool steel W6Mo5Cr4V2. Hardness HRC58-60.
(5)Screw structure: screw elements adopt tandem arrangement.
(6)Screw rotation type: twin screw meshing type co-rotating.
(7)All the screw elements are processed by CNC machining center, high accuracy.
2. Core shaft
(1) Material: adopts high toughness, flexural and strength, high quality alloy steel 40CrNiMo, tempering hardness HB300-350.
(2) Involute spline connection to the screw.
3. Screw tips
Material: adopt high quality nitride steel 38CrMoAIA. Hardness is HV900-1000.
