Designed And Manufactured On The Principle Of Modular
According to the processing material system and process formula, the L/D ratio and barrel, screw configuration, screen changer method, number and position of vent holes, feeding methods, electrical control systems, etc. can be rationally optimized and configured to achieve multi-function and multi-purpose to adapt to polymer materials.

Screw diameters from φ16mm-φ135mm and different screw RPM and torque levels are designed to meet the various needs of different customers.
Multiple Options For Machine Assembly
The gearboxes are divided into three types according to the torque grade: B (common type: 5-8N.m), D (high torque type: 8-10N.m), and G (T/A3>13 high torque type: 10-13N.m). And equipped with imported high torque gearboxes (>14N.m) and safety torsion clutch can also be selected to further improve the performance of the equipment.

Application
Twin Screw Extruder is the standard for mixing and compounding in polymer processing and has expanded into other applications for new material development. The extruder offers a high level of process flexibility, more control of process parameters, and can produce a wider range of products. Various forms and structures of feeding system can meet different materials such as granules, powder, sheets, films, fibers, and liquids. A modular volumetric metering feeder is generally used, and a multi-component loss-in-weight feeder can be used for higher configurations, and the metering accuracy can reach 0.5%.
Plasticizing and mixing screw: according to the characteristics of the material, select different materials screw elements. The screw element is fully meshed, with excellent self-cleaning and arbitrary interchangeability; the core shaft adopts the form of involute spline to achieve higher working torque and larger screw working volume; screw combination is designed according to material properties and years of practical experience to meet the technological requirements of various material processing.
Main body & liner combination alloy barrel: the combination alloy barrel brings abundant possibilities, strong selectivity and easy replacement. The alloy material is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, the barrel body is finely made, and has a long service life. It is widely used in various industries. Liners include: composite alloy liners and pure alloy liners.
A variety of screen changer methods: hydraulic screen changer, not-stop screen changer, hinge quick-opening screen changer.
Made of stainless steel, with insulation cotton interlayer, good heat insulation effect, beautiful and easy to clean.
Heating system: cast aluminum heater, cast copper heater, infrared heater, heating rod, independent temperature control for each zone to ensure accurate temperature.
The base has good rigidity, the support of the barrel is stable, and it has the characteristics of low vibration, low noise and no special foundation.
Easy-to-clean external soft water cooling system, vacuum forced exhaust system.
Pelletizing system: different pelletizing systems are recommended according to the viscosity of the modified material and the moisture content of the material, including: water cooling strand pelletizing system, air cooling strand pelletizing system, underwater strand pelletizing system, water-ring die face hot cutting pelletizing system, air-cooling die face hot cutting pelletizing system, underwater pelletizing system.
